H1B and H4 stamping together or Separate ?
Hello,
we are planning to visit India and go for a stamping.
1. Considering recent stamping issues, should I schedule H4 stamping first so that she can get stamped more likely ? If we go together then both of us will be stuck.
2. Do they check my Status that I am also in India however only my spouse appeared for stamping ? (probably they can also figure out they I too have appointment after few days/week?)
3. OR we should go together and face them head on !!
P.S. My wife got H4 EAD recently so at least she can flyback and start a job in case I am stuck with Administrative Process for few weeks/months ?
