H1 amendment denied with current employer but have approved petition from other emplo

Hello Team,

My current employer(A) applied for H1B amendment petition(current petition with employer A is valid until Oct 2019) which is in RFE status(my employer 'A' already submitted the response), however mean time I got an offer from other employer(B) and got the H1B employer transfer approved for couple of years (next 2 years).

Here are my questions.

In this case
1. Can I join employer 'B' even if my H1B amendment denied at employer 'A' as I have approved H1B petition with employer 'B'?
2. Will there be any scenarios in this case due to which my approved petition with employer 'B' may become ineligible?
