Hi ,
I am on F-1 visa currently . I have an approved H1-B with a staffing company. I was doing a contract at a client location since july 2017 . Staffing company filed my H1-B visa citing the profile of "cloud software engineer" with their Client . The h1-b visa is valid until the client's contract end-date (31st December 2018) . But the client ended it's contract abruptly (on July 27th, 2018) .Now I am looking for other options to save that H1-B Visa and what are the variables that I can have to retain a valid H1-B visa like
1) I need same client , same staffer , same profile ,same location again?
2) client can be different, same staffer, same profile , same location?
3) client should be same , different staffer, profile is similar, location is different ?
Can I join some other client (say farther than 5 miles from original client) with same staffer and file an amendment ?
Please guide me
