H1 Visa in Administrative Processing and Passport is going to Expire in next 5 months
Hi Everyone,
My H1B is under Administrative processing but now my passport left with only 5 months validity, so i am planning to renew the passport, but does it affect me anyway during Visa Processing as my DS160 and H1B Petition have Old Passport Number. Let say if USCIS ask me to submit the passport for Visa, can i give new passport along with old passport and is there anywhere i need to update the new passport number or if i can face any issues due to old passport number in DS160 and H1B Petition the new passport.
