Old Employer H4 got RFE

My dependents got an RFE on I-539 for the H4 extension that is filed by my old employer. My dependents has an approved H4 from my new Employer until 2021. If my old Employer did not revoke the old H4 petition, will this affect us. Should I respond to USCIS for the RFE.

The old H4 was Valid till May/12/2018 and the new H4 that I got through the new Employer is valid from April/10/2018 till Mar/2021.

I joined my new Employer on May/07/2018 and I joined my new employer only after my H1 and H4 Transfer got approved.


Please Advice. Your help is greatly appreciated.
