H1 valid until Sep 9 ( 6 years completion)
I-94 valid until Sep 19
Just got I140 approval.
1. If my employer files for the h1extension, and the application reaches USCIS 3-4 days after Sep 9th - will it be a problem ?
2. If my H1 is denied a month later, after USCIS receives the application, will I be considered out of status from Sep 9th to, whenever I leave ( until I knew that H1B is denied ) ? Would that hamper my chances of getting another Visa ?
