Any of your petitions got filed on Sep 11 2018 for premium processing before the PP is stopped? Any status changes or approvals yet ?

Nope

Nope, no update. They did have a clause that they will refund the PP money if not processed in 15 days - so it completely is now luck based. I cannot imagine the number of people who would have filed in the last 1 week before it stopped.
