I have valid Stamping Visa and I-94 until Aug 2020 but raised the Amendment request for Role changes(Same client and Company) and still its pending with USCIS ( Respond the RFE on July 2018 and still its pending in Vermont center). Any options for Premium processing?
Due to Medical emergency need to travel India immediately, Do I need to wait for the approval notice travel back to US in case you exit the country for an emergency. Please check and suggest?
