I am working on an EVC model and I recently started working for a new client, my i94 expires on 09/30. My amendment was denied today but my employer filed another petition for the same client at a different worksite. Due to the urgency of the situation, my employer was unable to obtain the client and vendor letters.
Is it okay if I keep working for the same client through the new worksite? Will this create any problems in the future?
