  • H1B Transfer to two employers parallely

    Background:
    I am currently on a H1B Visa.
I was working for employer A, and I received two job offers - from employers B and C.
I accepted both offers - do not want to go into the details as to why, but take my word on this - I had no choice and the situation just led to this happening.
Both B and C filed for H1B transfer and both petitions got approved.
I picked B and joined them full time. Had not informed C yet.

First Question: In this case, after joining B full time, is the H1B transfer from A to C still valid? Or is it now invalid, since I have started working for B full time?

The situation is just that B has turned out to the wrong choice for me, and I am thinking of putting in my notice, and joining C.
Second Question: Can I still do that? They have not withdrawn their petition yet.

OR will I now need a new Visa transfer from B to C, in order to legally start working with C? <-- Third Question.

Fourth Question: If I can indeed leave B and join C, will my employment with B for this duration be considered valid?

Fifth Question: When C applies for my Green Card, what will I put in as my previous employer - A or B?

    Please advise.
