Quit my job & returned to India- H1B stamped earlier and valid. Can i return to US?
Hello,
I no longer work full time for the employer as I returned to India due to a family emergency. Can i do a H1-B transfer while in India and return to the country? I returned to India on September 8th and my last working day was on the 6th. I am looking for a consultantancy or someone who can help me to do this and find a job in supply chain or operations or business analytics. Thanks
