Folks,
I'm under some confusion regarding my visa expiry date.
1. Visa extension applied in Sep 2017 for previous client when I was working for them.
2. Visa extension applied in Nov 2017 for current client. This approval came in first with expiry date of 01/30/2019. Then RFE came in for #1. We responded to RFE and that got approved till July 2020.
Now my visa helpdesk is saying that since #2 petition for current client was filed last the approval for that takes precedence over the approval for #1 even if it came in later.
Can the experts in this forum confirm your understanding of which approval takes precedence, the one that was filed last or the approval for the RFE from earlier client that came in last?
