Is it normal to be called for H1b Interview after Dropbox submission?

My visa expired so I applied for a new visa stamping and I qualified for Dropbox submission. However, I got an email saying I need to come down for an interview and finger prints. I am with the same employer and everything is the accept my salary increased. Is this normal or should I be worried?
