Hi,
let me tell you my situation in brief
I have valid H1b Visa till July 2019.My employer filed an client change amendment in Jan 2018 and got RFE and got denial in March 2018.
Right now my employer is filing an client change amendment for new client and it is in process and am yet to receive Receipt notice.
so My question can i travel to USA once i receive notice from USCIS considering i have H1B visa till July 2019.
I am confused since Since internal team from my employers say we can travel with receipt notice and some say to wait till approval notice.
Approval notice is going to take a long time 6-8 months.
ANyone who has a good knowledge on this please help me.
