Request Premium Delivery

I have scheduled a H4 Interview for me at Ottawa Consulate. Just want to check if anybody has experience with Premium Delivery. How many days will it take to get passport if we need from Ottawa to Toronto, I am going to stay at my sisters place in Toronto after visa. They are charging 21$ for premium delivery and I would like to know if it will be faster?
If you have no experience with Premium Delivery, then regular pick up Toronto when the visa is in Ottawa takes how many days? How many days extra it takes for picking up the passport from Toronto?
Please share your experiences. I have a tight schedule so am looking for the fastest option.
