    H1B/I94 expiry + Medical Emergency

    Hello All,

    Posting on behalf of a friend. Here is the situation. Currently on H1B, about to complete 6 years in US with I94 expiry by December/2018. Wife is pregnant and due date is end of November.

    Any option of extending stay for couple of months stating medical emergency until fit to travel?
