I need to schedule an appointment for my H1 visa extension in Dec-2018 (visa is currently expired and I have the approved extension document I-797). At the same time, my wife is scheduling an appointment for a H4 visa. I had 2 questions:
1. Can we schedule a joint appointment where I interview for H1 and she interviews for H4 at the same time?
2. She has resigned from her job and is serving notice period till 15-Nov. At the moment she is working but she will be unemployed at the time of giving the interview in December. For her employment status, should she say 'employed' or 'unemployed'?
