Hello,
My employer filed my visa extension in July at Nebraska Service Centre. After few weeks my case was moved to Vermont SC. After waiting for 3 months I upgraded my application to Premium processing..
I didn?t receive any response on this application in 25 days.. When my attorney reached out to premium processing service centre they emailed with below response:
?The processing of your petition has been delayed. All petitions received by this Service are required to have routine security checks that are resulting in delays of the adjudication of petitions. We have no control over how long these checks will take. We can give no definite indication of when they will be completed. We apologize for the delay.?
My questions:
1. What does this security check status mean
2. Which service are they talking about
3. What will happen in my case when they didn?t provide any response after 15 days of application.
