My spouse and I are planning to do a joint interview for my H1 + her H4 visa. I was told the way to schedule a joint interview is by adding a dependent on the CEAC website interview scheduling page. However, when I enter my wife's DS-160 number on the "add dependents" section, I get a message saying ?unable to add dependent because some of the information belongs to another applicant?. Could someone help me with what is the reason for this message, and how to proceed with adding a dependent?
