    H4 visa

    Hi,


    Currently I am on H1B visa and awaiting my extension result. Incase if it gets rejected, I would like to apply for H4 as my husband also holds H1 visa. Can I apply for H4 being in US or should I travel back to my country and apply once I get my result? Thank you.
