I am currently working for company A and got a job offer from company B. I changed my visa from F1 to H1B in 2018 October, but did not stamp my visa in passport yet. Company B is going to apply for my H1B transfer in December. Now I'm planning to travel to India in Feb, 2019 while my H1B transfer will still be pending as premium process was suspended until Feb 19, 2019. Can I travel to India while my petition is pending? Should I be working for company A till I come back from India, or can I join company B and travel to India with company A's H1B approval and company B's pending H1B transfer?
