H1B Transfer between travel
Hello All!
I am presently working with company-A and have H1B Stamped/Valid until Dec 2K-NINETEEN, but presently i got an offer from company-B and have started H1B transfer, as there is no premium processing until Feb 19th, 2019 company-B can't fast-track my application until then.
I will be traveling out of country in Feb 1st week and probably will be out of country when company-B's H1B petition gets approved as they would file premium once reinstated and i just want to know if that will be a problem to have two approved H1B's at times of immigration when i come back to states ? My plan is to travel out of states and come back with Company-A's H1B.
Please advice.
