H1 - Transfer denied - Available Options

Hi,

I moved from Company A to Company B on H1-B receipt number.
The transfer got denied and 'A' is already revoked my H1-B. Now I am planning to go back to India.
If I want to file a new H1-B from India, whether it should go through lottery process again or I can use the cap exempt quota?

Need urgent help with my query for new H1B and existing H1B Visa

Hi,

I need an urgent help with a query related to fresh H1 B Visa Cap for 2019-20. If a person have existing H1B and is currently it is in extension process (only for one year it can be extended and remaining has been already used and currently it is in RFE status).

Can he or his company apply for fresh/new H1B visa for 2019-20 cap?

Please check and let me know it?s very urgent.
