No, it will not be a problem. Your work experience is always based on your actual experience. Even though your former employer ended their business, the reason why you are required to outlet your work experiences is that USCIS needs to verify whether or not you actually have that amount of employment experience not whether those employers are still doing business.
Once you get all your former employer's work proof statements, you should be fine.

  • Remove previous experience when transferring H1 Visa

    Hi,

I am on H1 Visa and I have also got i-140. But one of my previous employers is not in business now. It was added while applying for my first H1 visa and Green card. Since my previous is not in business and Now I am planning for a new job, Can I remove my previous experience while transferring my h1 visa? will it be any problem?

    Thanks,
    AD
