Currently I am on STEM OPT and expiring in Feb 2019, so I joined a reputed school in USA for CPT and there is no issue with I94 expiration.
And I am working for Company A and Company B and both are independent. Recently my H1B got denied from Company A and they want to file MTR. And Company B Assured me that they will file H1B for 2019.
My question is:
Can I apply new H1B application from Company B while MTR is in process from Company A?
Should I withdraw MTR application from Company A before applying H1B 2019 application from Company B?
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
