@aboli1, @serge1- in total we are 3 candidates who have been interviewed the week of nov5 and have same status updates with no good news. Anybody lives in Delhi who can go the the embassy and ask. I called customer care again today and their response is standard however she acknowledged this delay could be because of backlog at Delhi embassy!

I don't know anyone in Delhi but I don't think going to the embassy will help in any manner!! We just have to wait and watch. Let's keep each other posted if anything changes.
P.S. I was also really hopeful for today, but nothing has changed!!

Its still Admin processing for me. I haven't mailed anywhere. Not planning to this week, maybe next week as after that there would be more holidays. A couple of people who did mail (not to this particular ID) told me they got very standard replies. I have pretty much given up and have decided to calmly wait out till 60 days have passed and then ask my company's attorney what to do next. I don't know what else to do.Originally posted by Incredible1 View PostWhat does your case status show online? Have you guys tried emailing to [email protected]? @aboli11- I agree with you. I spoke to a travel agent here who deals with immigration and he told the same. Apparently many people go through this. Deep breaths!

Thanks Incredible1, Serge11. Good luck to both of you.Originally posted by Incredible1 View Post@aboli11- congratulations! Can you please provide details how did you get to know and when?
Thanks
Here is my timeline -
Case Created (Bio-metrics appointment): 5th Nov 18
Interview Date at New Delhi: 6th Nov 18
Case Status updated to Administrative Processing: 8th Nov 18
Case Updated Date changed, but Case Status remained same on: 27th Nov, 3rd Dec, 6th Dec and 7th Dec 18
Case Status Changed to Issued: 10th Dec 18 (About 3:00 PM IST, at least that's when I checked)
I only checked my status on the ceac website. Didn't send any emails. USTravelDocs site still shows that "there is no update for your passport...", but I am assuming that will change tomorrow. Hopefully, I will be able to pick it up by Wed/Thurs.
Background - I came back to India after about 5 years. I had gone to US on H4, then converted my Visa to F1 and then to H1B this year. I am full-time direct employee and attended SFSU, so as far as I know there was nothing in my records that should have been a problem, but it still took me more than a month. I am attributing part of the delay to the holiday season.

@aboli11- thank you so much for updating entire timeline in your case. ItÂ’s motivating to see at least one of us from almost similar timelines being issued today. Wish you all the best and hopefully will bump into you in SF, since IÂ’m from there too!Originally posted by aboli11 View PostThanks Incredible1, Serge11. Good luck to both of you.
