H1-B Transfer - Amendment issue

Hi,

I am working for Client 'A' through Vendor 'B' and my employer is 'C'.

4 weeks back I started working for client 'A' and my employer didn't file the amendment yet.

Now vendor 'B' is filing my H1-B transfer. Will there be any issue for H1-B transfer as I started working in client location without amendment.
