Hi all,
I am currently on H1b with company A and my stamping expires Jan 22 2018. I got a new job with Company B and got my petition approved. I want to take a 2 week vacation with company A and travel to India and be back by Jan 15 2018. I plan to come back and the give my 2 weeks notice and join company B in Feb. Here are my questions.
1. Can I get a stamping for Company B while I am in India? If I do am I allowed to enter the US with company B stamping and 797 while I still technically haven't started working for Company B?
2. If I choose not to go for stamping and plan to come back on Company A's visa stamping , which 797 should I show at immigration in the US? Company A's or Company B's?
