Hi all,
My office recently moved within 1 mile and I have been trying very hard to get my employer post the lca at the new location. My h1 is also due an extension next year and our hr has been clueless about what to do (we don't employ a lot of foreign workers and it's our first office move in decades).
We are doing the lca posting now but it's not on the date before the move. Can we post the lca now and also amend it along with the extension?
