HI,
I submitted my H1-B extension application (same employer and same visa category) for visa stamping on Dec 11th at the Hyderabad consulate.
My case status currently shows as Administrative Processing. Upon reviewing my DS-160 application for any issues, I realized that I made a mistake in answering the following question:
***Has anyone file an immigration petition on your behalf?***
I mistakenly answered NO for this question. However, my employer filed an immigration petition (I-140) on my behalf which was approved earlier this year.
Is there a way I can correct this error and submit a new DS-160?
Please advise so that I can do the necessary as soon as possible.
