My H1B amendment and extension petition and my wife’s H4 were filed with USCIS in Nov 2018.
Our current H1B and H4 Visas expire only in Dec 2019.
The employer did this extension way ahead of time because of a client change and the need to file an amendment.
Both my wife and I have stamped visas on our passport which are valid till Dec 2019.
In the event that an extension has been filed, can my wife travel to India for vacation or will it affect her petition in any way? Please do let me know.
