H1B and H4 Visa stamping after previous visa expired and employer changed in US

Dear All,

I changed employer in US and have a valid petition from new employer. Meanwhile my previous H1b visa also expired at same time my family got their H4 expired as well. My family is planning a travel to India so I suppose they need to get the H4 stamped with new petition. My questions is that Can they opt for dropbox since the employer is changed or no?

Any other insight on this topic will be helpful.
