H1 Transfer after I-94 Expiry

Hi All,

I would like to know whether its legal or not to get my visa transferred after my visa and i-94 both are expired and will companies be transferring such type of cases.

If not is there another way of getting visa transferred to a new company B if already comapny A has filed for your extension and your i-94 has already expired.

Yes, you can transfer to employer B even if your visa and i-94 expired.I did the same.

Ohh really but some of companies like Capgemini and Nttdata hr told me that they cannot transfer mu visa unless my ext is not done and i am out of any status now. Even i asked them whether it legal or ethically they dont want to take risk to get my transfered done. But they suggested me it not legal to transfer your visa if you are in progress for your ext.
