Hi
Initially we all have planned for India visit after almost 3 years and being H1 holder I have booked the appointment using my email and filed DS160 as primary applicant and finish all other legal formalities.
Now at last moment, due to work issues, I have to stay here and wife and son are leaving as planned.
Please help me in understanding this scenario -
Now without H1, can H4 go for stamping ?
or do I have to cancel the scheduled appointment and have to make new payment and new appointment reservation for H4s
Will it be a problem or concern (absence of H1) at the interview for H4
Please suggest
