Is there any cooling off period?
Hi,
My L1-B, as well as L1 visa got denied recently (within last 6 months). I would like to apply for H1-B in this cycle. Will there be any repercussion here since I am applying for H-1B within a short span of L1/L1B denials? Do you suggest any cooling off period before I apply for any category visa (H-1B etc)?
