H1B transfer
Hi, I currently am transferring from Company A to B, I was filed H1 initially with a client C1 but changed to client C2 after that, the amendment process was not done. My question is I am now transferring to company B and they require my previous work experience, how should I produce the documents? Can I use Client C2 as the current working location or should I mention as I am still working on C1. If I mention I am working with C2 how will USCIS take that in to consideration? Thanks in advance.
