H1 Transfer after 4 months of returning to India

Hi,

I came back to India 3 months back with H1 valid for couple of years more, but latest paystubs are available for March 2006.

If I join other co. and they say to transfer my H1 then,

1) Will they able to transfer my H1?

2) Can existing employer cancel my H1 and in that case will my new employer be able to transfer my H1?

3) If my existing employer asks me to submit the original petition then in that case will copy of the petition is sufficient to get the transfer?

4) I have yet to get H4 stamp for my family so is there any issue to get it done after my transfer?
