H4 help required - ASAP-attending on July10th

Dear Immi help,

I am attending the H4 Visa (July10th in chennai consulate).
My queries are:-
1. My husband current visastatus is H1 , He got job in April -2006.
2.Previously he is in OPT status.
3.He enetered USA in The month of december 2005.

I am having 3 months pay slips(April-May-JUne) of my husband.

December to March - he is not having job- was this will affect my H4 visa or not ? plzz suggest me

Take 2 letters- one from husband and the other from the husband's US employer giving good/ acceptable reasons for the bench period.
