Hi there,
I am working on H1B Visa, and am planning to book appointment(H4) for my wife in chennai.
From April 3rd week to May 2nd week I was on bench period and do not have any pay slips. Then I went to India for vacation from May 2nd week to June 2nd week and I do not have pay slips for this period also. I got project on July 1st week and now planning to book appointment for H4 visa. Sometimes the date is available on october, november and sometimes december.
I do have the W2 of 2005.
My doubts are
1) Should I provide the pay slips for the whole calender year ? If not, how many would suffice ?
2) Should I provide the bank statements for 6 months ? Is it mandatory ? or Can I have 4 months of payslips & bank statement?
Please clarify the above so that I can plan accordingly.
Thanks in Advance,
Prakash.
