Hi,
My H1B visa and I-94 from company A is getting expired on July 25, 2006. H1B Extn is already applied and I received the application receipt number from INS.
Now, if I receive the offer from Company B after July 25, can H1B transfer be applied (even through H1B Extn approval papers are not received)?
As I read on these forums, someone mentioned that it can be applied but INS will issue RFE (for H1B transfer application) asking for approved H1B Extn papers.
In that case, when can I join company B?
