Currently I am on a L1 and Spouse is on L2 (working on EAD). We have a valid I-94 till Jan 2007 but my visa was expired in May 2006.
Now we both applied for new H1 petition and we both got LIN numbers. We are planning to visit India in the month of Aug 2006. Even I scheduled an appointment for me and my spouse as per my 'L' petition.
In this case if I attend for a visa on my L petition will there be any problem?
I heard that it is a conflict of petitions I cannot attend for a visa with my 'L' petition as my H1 petition is in progress.
If any one experienced the same situation pls suggest me how to proceed.
