H1-B Suspended after 7 months
HI ,
i m in Melbourne, austraalia . i attended for H1-B visa on Jan'06. The VO asked me some basic tech questions in java & abt the company. he then told me that they need to re assess the docs & took photocopies of all my docs. after 1 months sent me a letter stating that under 221(G) they need more docs from company abt the projects & abt my employement which i've sent. after that they took around more 5 months to asses the docs 7 sent a letter to my permenant address in India stating that as per the docs & my performance in interview they have SUSPENDED my H1-B file & they have sent all my docs back to USCIS to re assess & until they receive a reply from USCIS the Melbourne consulate wont take any action.
& they have also stated that under the 221(G) section i dnt qualify for a H1-B at this point of time. I want to knw whether there is a way were we can re activate the file or is that means i ve been rejceted my H1-B. i m not sure plz help me.
