I did loose my original copy of I-797A notice of action approval for H1B visa. My Lawyer has suggested that company needs to file I-824 for duplicate approval notice. Does anybody has any idea how long it takes to get this duplicate notice or if I can file form I-824 instead of having my company or lawyer filing it for me. Please suggest.
