      Hi madhan_s_9 thanks a lot.
      I`m working for a Software COmpany(It is a very very big company Infosys,CTS like..company).
But i`m going through a different employer.Even that one is a good company. Not as big as Infosys etc..
But they they are planning to file Premiumn Visa for me..
They have standard clients. They will give me a genuine offer to me.
What are the chances of H1-visa.
will Visa officer question me that"whether Premiumn visa is necessary??,did i pay any amount for the employer??"
      Please reply madhan
      THanks in advance

        Anil,

Don't panic. Yours is Not a **** case. You have good education and experience and a good company is filing for your H1b. So, just relax and let your new employer and their lawyer do their work.

If you are a genuine case, you don't need to hide anything or panic.
If you are asked a question like the one you have mentioned, you can show the new employer's interest as the reason.
You can also discuss such possible questions/issues with your new employer or their HR dept. Also, you can search such forums for experiences of other people who have gone through the same path!

        Hope this helps!
