Clarification regarding H1
Hi,
I have booked for an appointment for H4(spouse) in dec'06... but now my H1 visa from office has got approved, and the stamping date would approximately be around march'07
So now if i go for the H4 appointment in dec, and get the H4 visa, does my H1approval get nullified and i can no longer go for the H1 stamping, or can i as well go for the H1 in march and if i get that.. travel on H1.
