Hi All,
I have an approved H1 starting from 1st of oct'06 and my OPT is ending on 29th Sept'06 .so there is a one day gap between them. Is it true that in such cases, I need to go to my home country (India) for stamping? Also I have heard that I should not get paid for this one day and need a letter from my employer stating, for that one day (30th sept) its legal to stay in us as there is a 60day period between last day of OPT and start date of H1.? Please advise,
