I have three questions:-

1.Does one have to submit I-94 while returning to the home country?(submit at the port of deparure?)

2.How long after the expiry of I-94 can one continue to live in the US?

3.Where can I find the information on the above related issues?

---- Not sure, but there is no grace period

3.Where can I find the information on the above related issues?

----Log on to the USCIS website and search for I-94. You can have a sea of information
