    General Question

    Hi all,

    Is it a good idea to talk with the HR and clarify regarding F1-> H1 or H1 Transfer before the interview happens or later.

    I have got burned both ways... if I ask regarding the visa before then I immediately lose the opp but if I do it later then I am disappointed after everything goes on smoothly.
