transfer & Stamping question
I got my h1 approval from employee x and I have been talking with employer Y and Y is ready to offer the employment in US. The problem is I don’t have my visa stamp yet and approval notice is in the name of X, the stamping interview is schedule on 26th October, so the question is should I ask my new employer to transfer the h1 before stamping or after the stamping?
