To apply for 2nd time H1B visa
Hi,
I am completing 6 years stay in USA of which I have stayed 4 years on H4 visa and 2 years on H1B visa. My H1B is expiring Nov 2006 and so I am planning to leave USA sometimes in Oct 2006 and stay for 1 year outside USA.
Could anyone of you please let me know if I can file for new H1B visa April 2007 or do I have to complete my 1 year stay outside USA(which will be from Nov 2006 to Nov 2007) and then apply for my H1B visa in April 2008?
